Each week, fresh fish and shellfish are selected from auctions and suppliers throughout the Nordic region. With short routes and an unbroken cold chain, the raw material arrives quickly, ready to be sold on or processed according to the customer's needs.

Sjömat offers fresh fish and shellfish, among other things, as well as gutted, filleted, cured, smoked, and prepared products. Under the Sjömat brand, products sold under its own flag are gathered, with the ambition of making really good seafood accessible to more people. The range follows the season, availability, and demand, extending from everyday ingredients to delicacies for those occasions when something extra is on the menu.
